New! 20-minute Flash Meetings available for $500
The Trade Show Floor will now feature a Flash Meeting Zone. This is your chance to host a product demonstration.
- Each Flash Meeting is 20 minutes and will be featured in a pavilion on the trade show floor.
- Each Flash Meeting is $500, and you may purchase a one-time slot per day.
- Registrants will be able to add their selected Flash Meetings to their customized “My agenda” feature, so they don’t miss it! However, they do not need to choose their meetings in advance to attend, it will be an open concept area that will welcome everyone.
- The Flash Meeting Pavilion includes A/V set up (Screen & Microphone/Sound System), Decoration and Seating for 25 people — plus ample room for attendees to stand and listen.
- All you will need is your speaker and Accountex Canada will do all the rest!
