Registration fees are tax applicable. Charges will appear on your credit card statement from Diversified Business Communications, or a derivative of the same name. All registration fees MUST be paid in full prior to the event start date.
We frequently get asked for invitation letters for the purposes of obtaining a Visa to travel to Canada.
It is Diversified Communications Canada’s policy that we DO NOT provide invitation letters. You must be able to make your own arrangements to travel to our conferences.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All Registration Fees must be paid in full in advance of the event date.
Fees are non-refundable. Entire registrations are transferable without penalty, provided a written request is received by 5 pm Eastern Time Friday, November 1, 2024.
In the unfortunate circumstance, Show Management needs to (a) postpone the event, your registration fees will be applied to the future event date or (b) cancel the event entirely, your registration fees will be applied to a future in-person event.
